A thick blanket of cloud covered us folk on the mid north coast at first light and kept us toasty warm. If was nice not to have freezing cold fingers clinging on to the tripod at 6.30 this morning. The warmth from yesterday was retained overnight and while the overcast conditions look like staying with us for the rest of the day it should get to a comfortable 22 degrees (it was already 18 degrees at 6.30am!!)...
