this is Tommy "Tucker" Hall. He just casually strolls down the street through the carpark at diggers beach with nothing but a pair of shorts on and dives into the ocean like its a hot summers afternoon. But it wasn't, it was 6.30am air temp was around 8 degrees with a cold west wind blowing.... seemed like a happy bloke.
